We recently took a weekend trip to Naples from the Tampa Bay area, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The location was perfect for our needs, and the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. However, I believe the front desk staff could benefit from a bit more training in customer service, particularly in making guests feel more warmly welcomed. A more friendly greeting would enhance the overall experience. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.
